The first full week of Sweat Daily with Kayla Itsines is now LIVE, and we're charting in 57 territories, including being #1 on the Apple Fitness charts in 23 territories today.I'm keen to share a bit about our show as I truly think we've done something new and exciting with this format for the daily space.Each week, we delve into a new health and wellness theme—from Sleep to Sugar, Biohacking to Birth Control. In our first week we tackled How to Overcome Hating Exercise. 📅 Mondays: One-on-one motivation with Kayla hearing her personal stories about the theme of the week - this week's spoiler: she hates running...🎙️ Tuesdays: Our Tuesday Talks are a series of interviews with global stars and familiar faces about their approach to health and wellness. This week we talked to Jessie Inchauspe, aka The Glucose Goddess about how a major accident changed her life for good.🧬 Wednesdays: Expert deep dives on the topic of the week - this week we spoke with psychologist Dr Ahona G. about how to overcome mental barriers to exercise.🧘♀️ Thursdays: A meditation series with our brilliant meditation coach Shona Vertue - this week she brings pre-workout meditation to energise you to get going.🍲 Fridays: Get Comfy: A chat series with Kayla and her favourite people, chatting food, family and friendships to fuel your weekend - this week she's on the couch with her sister Leah Itsines, who opens up about her return to her exercise after having her daughter. And this is just WEEK ONE. Next week we're all about getting endless energy - and how to get back your kid-like spark. Come and join us!
